Switching to another device other than a Blackberry

We are unable to accommodate device changes to non-BlackBerry makes. So, for instance, if you decide to switch from a Blackberry to a Windows Mobile device, you will need to repurchase the products again. Moreover, we cannot refund a purchase if you decide to choose a different handset.
