Purchasing a Gift Card
- You can select the denomination and even the quantity of cards you would like, and then either proceed to checkout or continue to shop. Once you have completed your purchase you will receive an email with a link to click on, and a code to enter once said link is clicked on.
- After the purchase process it is time to personalize your gift card. In Step 1 you need to enter who you are giving the card to, as well as who it is from. You can also enter a message to the recipient if you like, but it is not necessary.
- In Step 2 and/or 3 you have the option of printing your gift, and giving it right to the person you want to give it to, or you can email it to them.
Using a Gift Card
- Visit http://www.bplay.com either via a desktop computer or your BlackBerry device.
- Choose your desired products and add them to your shopping cart by clicking on the "Buy It Now" or "Add to Cart" options. Please note that subscription products and other products may not be eligible for purchase with Gift Cards. Also, Gift Cards may not be used for direct billing ("Bill to Phone") purchases.
- Proceed to checkout when ready.
- If you are a new user you must establish an account. If you are a returning customer, log in with your password.
- Once logged in you can redeem your Gift Card and have it update your account balance by the appropriate amount.
- Complete your purchase with the "My Account Balance" option.
Important Terms and Notices
- If the total amount in your shopping cart exceeds the value of the redeemed Gift Card(s), you will need to purchase the remainder with a Credit Card.
- If your account balance from the redeemed Gift Card(s) exceeds the amount of the purchase, the remaining amount will be saved in your account and may be used for future purchases.
- Gift Card redemption is not restricted to the email address it is sent to, if this option is chosen.
- Multiple Gift Cards may be redeemed toward a single purchase if they are in the same currency.
- Gift Cards do not expire unless noted.
- Bplay/Magmic Games is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards.
