I didn't receive my text messages for SMS billing, what do I do?

My initial text message was not received

If you didn't receive your first text message after placing an order the first thing to do is verify that you entered the correct cellular telephone number, and try the order again.  You will not be charged for either text message until you receive it and reply "yes".

If you are positive you entered in the correct number, and still are not receiving a text message double check with your carrier that you can indeed receive text messages to that phone. 

Please note that this service is only supported by the following carriers, and is only available in the United States.  If your carrier is not one of the following, it will not work whatsoever.
  • Sprint
  • T-Mobile
  • AT&T
If you cannot get this resolved with your carrier then you can contact support by filling out the following Customer Support Form.  Be prepared to provide the following information.
  • Cellular telephone number
  • E-Mail address
  • Carrier

I replied "yes", but did not receive my confirmation text message, or my download links

If your download link/activation code email was not received verify that it was not directed to your spam/junk folder.  If the email is no where to be found please fill out the following Customer Support Form and be prepared to provide the following:
  • Valid E-Mail address
  • Cellular telephone number that received the initial text message
  • Carrier

My download links/activation codes do not work

If the code provided will not activate your game or the link will not allow you to download, please fill out the following Customer Support Form and be prepared to provide the following information:
