Game subscriptions are on a 30 day cancellation policy.  The current billing period you are within may not be refunded.  You will be able to play for the remainder of the billing period, and on the next renewal date your subscription will be canceled and recurring charges will cease.

You can fill out the following support form to request your cancellation.  Be prepared to provide the following information:

• Device PIN (What is my Device PIN?)
• Order ID (What is my Order ID?)
  
• Email address used for purchase
