My device has frozen after trying to run a game I downloaded, what do I do?

There are a few possible resolutions to this issue.

  • Preform a Hard-Reset on your device.  This can be accomplished by removing the battery for 15 seconds or more, power the device on, and try the game again.
  • Make sure the game has proper permissions to run - you can review this article on how to change your permissions.
  • In some cases it may be necessary to reinstall the game you are attempting to run.  You can refer to following Knowledge Base articles on how to accomplish this.  It is recommended that the game is deleted prior to installing over top of it.
