Duplicate charges can appear
after for a number of reasons. The most common is due to the
"Continue" button being pushed more than once. The processing
of an order can make it look like your browser is not responding when
in fact it is processing and sending data to our clearing
house.
Please be sure to press the button once.
If
you require a refund of the duplicate charges, please have the
following information ready, and fill out the Customer Support Form.
- The Order ID for the purchase, which can be found in the email receipt. (What is an Order ID?)
- First and last name used on the order.
- The email address used to place the order.
