I Lost a Game on my Device -- how do I download it again?

In accordance with the download link and activation code policy found here, Bplay offers the ability to generate links and codes for previously purchased items for your new BlackBerry device.      Log into your account here and the click on Past Purchases.

  • Scroll down and select the device PIN you would like to manage.  This will bring up a list of games associated with that PIN and allow you change the PIN association.

  • Select Change PIN to modify the PIN association for those games. 
  •        
  • If you are just looking to resend new links and have not changed devices, enter the same PIN again and new links will be sent to you.
  •

  • Scroll to the theme section and click Resend Download Link to bring up a list of compatible device for the selected theme.  You can select multiple themes before submitting your request.  When finished selecting scroll to Send Theme Links to generate new links.  They will be emailed to the address you have associated with your Bplay Account.
